TWB is the result of the union between two well established entities, the PREMOLNAVI
shipyard and TRANSBUNKER.  TWB operates in several sectors of the maritim industry,
such as the construction and leasing of ships, transportation, environmental protection
and aquiculture.
Among its most recognizes activities,  are the oceanic crossings of vehicles and passengers in São Paulo and Bahia and the shipyard located in southern Brazil, in the city of Navegantes in Santa Catarina.

TWB administrative and operational offices are strategically located in coastal/port cities such as Guaruja (SP), Navegantes ( SC) and Salvador (BA) to provide effective support.
